This is where our journey starts. When you approach us to develop a website, we explain our capability & fit to deliver the project.

Agree On Project Scope

This is the first step in our journey to deliver your website. Knowing your business & your expectations are critical to establish the goals for your website. If you have already prepared a plan / PSD / brief our life will be much easier.

• Understand the high level scope of the project.

• Agree on cost, Timeframe & delivery approach.

Project Team Setup

At this stage we will allocate resources for delivery. This will include Account Manager, Designer & Developer. Account Manager will be in continuous touch with client to ensure the delivery happens as per client agreed scope.

We also create a project area and initiate internal process to start the project at this stage.

Collect Site Requirements

This is the most important stage for the entire project. If the requirements are clear half job done. As part of this stage we capture the number of pages needed, functionalities needed, social media setup, user access, look and feel expectations etc.

• Requirements Document (MS Excel).

• Design Document (includes process maps).

Prototype / Wire Framing

Wireframe is a graphical representation of the website page by page. We use the requirements to show you a sample of how different pages of the website will look like.

• PDF/JPG/PSD format wire-frames.

Design with HTML5 & Bootstrap 3 (Responsive)

Now we have agreed how the site should look like and what are the functionalities needed in the website. Its time to convert to a working website. The design once completed will have all the pages with the look and feel agreed in the wire-frame stage.

• Wire-frame converted to responsive website.

• Website link provided from Vegam Soft test server.

Integrate the Design with WordPress

At this stage we implement all the design and structure that we agreed upon in code. The result here is a fully functional content managed responsive website.

Testing / Client Revisions

At this stage we do our testing. The testing includes responsive testing & cross browser testing. The level of testing varies based on the scope agreed at stage 1 & 2. During this phase we will also be incorporating the client revisions extensively.

Tools Used : Responsive test tools, Cross Browser test tools.

Outcome:

• Website updated with client comments & tested fully.

• Website ready to go live(except content).

Content Upload

Now we have got an excellent website developed and ready to be loaded with content before being launched. At this stage the text, image content need to be provided by client. This also includes the keywords for SEO tags, slogans etc. We will upload all content appropriately.

Tools Used : The completed website, content, images.

Outcome:

• The website updated with content & tested fully.

• Website ready to go live.

Publish Website (Go Live)

Hurray! Now we are ready to publish the website!  Client to provide the domain name and hosting server details to move the site live. If you have agreed to take our server hosting, it will be published in our server and we will give you all access details to you through email.

• The website published to Live. Hurray! Now you have your own website!

Support & Maintenance

We also provide post implementation support. We are here to help you anything you need on an ongoing basis. Ensure that appropriate arrangements are agreed with Vegam Soft Solutions to ensure that you get resources with priority when you need.
